Here are a few of the things you can do to help you stay in control.

Most people don't have any problems with staying in control, but it's not so easy for everyone.

Here are a few tips to help you keep control.

  • Try to set limits on how much you deposit and play before you start gambling.
  • Decide how much you can afford to lose and if you hit that trigger STOP.
  • Don't let playing get in the way of your daily responsibilities.
  • You shouldn't play if you're in recovery for any dependency
  • To gamble sensibly you need a clear head - so don't play if you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
  • You should not see or use gambling as a way of paying off your debts with your winnings.

Whilst most customers are able to enjoy their gambling, Bingonanza recognizes that for a very small number of customers temptation can get the better of them.

  • Are you reluctant to spend 'gambling money' on anything else?
  • Have you lost interest in your family, friends or interests?
  • After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
  • Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
  • Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?

The more you answer 'yes' to these questions, the more likely you are to have a serious gambling problem.

In most countries it is illegal for someone who is under 18 years of age to gamble. Bingonanza reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and to carry out checks to verify the information provided. Customer accounts may be suspended and funds with-held until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

The legal gambling age varies according to country, so please check the legal age for gambling in your country of residence.

To prevent illegal/underage gambling, we will take all reasonable steps to check that a customer playing on our sites is over 18 and are who they say they are.
